In January 2016, the 17 SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDGs) were drawn up by the UN.

The unique thing about the UN's global goals is that the SDGs are not binding, but all countries, rich or poor and all people, young or old, are called upon to act, including you and me! Everyone can contribute to the three core themes: economic growth, social inclusion and environmental protection. All three are interrelated and crucial to the well-being of everyone in society.

The targets are to be achieved by 2030 and apply equally to all states. These objectives are designed to ensure that no one is left behind and, above all, that poverty is overcome.
